Through deep meditation, you'll connect with the essence of each symbol, allowing it to guide you on a transformative inner journey. Afterwards, you'll have the opportunity to journal and reflect, integrating the wisdom gained from your meditation experience.

You don’t have to attend every session and the class can be picked up at any point in the 9 month journey however to feel the full healing benefits of this journey I would advise committing to the full 9 sessions.
