2 hour Reiki & Counselling Session
This session is a combination of an in depth counselling session where you are guided, prompted and encouraged to uncover your energetic blockages from the root. You will be guided to move through childhood memories to adult memories to pin point and gain clarity on your personal and generational patterns.
This then leads on to the in depth Reiki treatment where all 7 chakras are cleared, healed and pored back into following with an overall aura clearing and charging.
To end the session you are given a full chakra and energy reading where you will gain insight to your energetic body along with tips and guidance for the future.
When our energy is depleted or out of balance due to stress, trauma or illness, Reiki is used to raise our energetic vibration bringing harmony back into our being.
As energy, Reiki works on all levels including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. When balance is restored, harmony, well being, peace and clarity are experienced.

Manchester Sessions are mobile so please prepare your space by making sure the room you will have the treatment in is clear of clutter and is a space you will be able to relax in.
If there are others in the house please ensure you will not be disturbed during your session.
I will need 5mins prior to your session to set up and energetically cleanse the room.
Newcastle Sessions are based at Etoile Salon and no prior preparation is needed from you.
You may wish to set your intention for what you would like to receive from the session. This may be to ‘let go of the past’ or ‘step into your power’.
Allow yourself enough time to be still prior to our session so you are in a calm state.
