Online sessions are held through Google Meets, you do not need to have a Google Meets account to access the link. A link will be emailed to you prior to your session.
Please attend on time.

Preparing For Your Session
To prepare for your session set your intention for what you would like to receive from the session. This may be to ‘let go of the past’ or ‘step into your power’.
Allow yourself enough time to be still prior to our session so you are in a calm state.
Make sure you are in a quiet space where you will not be interrupted.
Have a notepad and pen in case you want to take notes from your feedback.
