After sadly suffering my first miscarriage in March, I didn’t know where to turn or what I needed to fix me. As usual I turned to the only healer I knew, Ky....I sent her a “fix me” message and she suggested this oil. I’ve been using it consistently for over a month and I can’t explain how the magic works but within a week my cramps stopped, my bleeding eased off and after 4 weeks my beautiful cycle returned as normal. The womb enlightenment programme has completely changed my life, I give thanks everyday for Rukayah and this amazing programme. Rukayah has such a nurturing energy that makes you feel so safe to be vulnerable without feeling any judgement.

I was so disconnected from my true self and was not used to expressing my feelings open and honestly but with Rukayahs guidance this shifted in the first 6 weeks. I didn’t imagine it would happen so quickly and I definitely underestimated myself and Rukayah.

Starting the womb programme has made a massive positive impact on my life, at the start of the year i had the pleasure of meeting Rukayah for a reiky session, I had my first session and we had a chat afterwards and some emotions started to surface, what I had clearly been hiding or in denial with for years!
So we decided so try and help me with those emotions and do the womb healing programme.

We are now on week 10, and the shift I have felt in my mind set and my body is incredible

I have been telling everyone I can about how amazing the Womb Enlightenment Program is and how I owe my newly reclaimed power and self-worth to this amazing experience.

I joined the womb enlightenment course this year 3months before my 40th birthday and it was the best present I could have given myself. Following this plan and the journey to self-discovery and self-healing at this time in my life has been truly life changing.

I was able to look back past traumas which had been buried away but manifesting themselves in all kinds of negative ways. I was able to navigate to those past traumas, revisit them in a positive and safe way with Rukayah as the most perfect guide.

The program really does enlighten you. I am now able to look at my past without fear, without shame, without judgement I have truly reclaimed my power. The womb enlightenment programme has taken me on a journey of self discovery which I never intended to take. I came onto the programme hoping to "get over" internal scars left by mental and physical traumatic sexual and childbirting experiences. Yet only 2 weeks in I realised this was going to bring up so much more. Over the 12 weeks I've learnt the importance of honouring my body, my truth and my voice. To go within and to spend time working on myself FOR myself. Most importantly that my womb constantly provides the guidance I need.
Rukyah has not only been supportive over the whole process, but also so intune to my energetic body, helping me to shift and clear blockages through womb massages and reiki. She has such a way of redirecting those old paradigms, offering alternative views on my negative self talk, and providing tasks/tools to help break each cycle.

After losing my mum and 2 miscarriages in 2021, Rukaya advised me on starting a Womb Healing Course to really clear out my womb space from past hurt and experiences. I didn’t really know what to expect so let Rukaya take the lead. I went into the course full of anxiety, pain and low self confidence and worth. I thought bad luck “was just the cards I was dealt”. After my first session, I was set weekly tasks to do outside of my reiki sessions - life homework to do when alone…these task really challenged me and took me back to periods that I hadn’t healed from or even thought about from a child. I was really able to connect back with my womb/self and reprogram my mind from years of inherited negative behaviours. Rukaya was so patient with me when I shown resistance sometimes and assured me it was for the greater good. After completing my course, I can honestly say I have fell back in love with myself, i have forgiven the younger version of myself, I hear my womb and my confidence and self worth are the highest they have been since I can remember. I had no idea what to expect out of the Womb enlightenment program other then just trying to heal my relationship with my mother, one thing is for sure I got out of it a lot more then what I could have ever expected. I never knew I could have the type of relationship that I do today with my mother, I have learned so much about my mother and myself too. I have had difficult conversations with each conversation had I opened up more and more to understanding not just my mother but women in general and seeing the truest essence of what it is to be a woman and a mother.
